Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping policy

Domatcha Canada ships within Canada, the United States and Europe. All orders placed will be sent out with 1-2 days after purchase. We ship all packages through Canada Post or UPS via Expedited Parcel which includes tracking & insurance on each order (except for Europe, unless chosen).

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping for Canada and U.S. Orders under $100.00 are charged a discounted rate through Canada Post based on your location within Canada and or the United States which is calculated at checkout. Free shipping over $100.00 does not require a coupon code but only applies if your subtotal reaches $100.00 with discounts and before taxes.

Please double check to make sure the shipping information you have entered is correct as Domatcha Canada will not take liability for any packages shipped to the wrong address if it was an error made by the customer.

Once we ship a package with Canada Post we are no longer liable for it. If a package is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Canada Post. You may also contact us at support@domatchacanada.ca and we will do out best to assist you in contacting Canada post. Canada Post will open up and investigation to track down a lost package and since there is insurance on the package, if they are not successful they will refund the purchase amount. Please ensure if you have contacted Canada Post that you respond promptly to their emails to speed up the investigation process.

Domatcha Canada strives to ship all our packages sustainably with either recycled, biodegradable and or compostable packaging. Some Boxes are reused in the effort to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Refund Policy

Returning Products

Domatcha Canada excepts returns only on products that are unused and in there original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In order to return your items please provide proof of purchase by emailing us at support@domatchacanada.ca.

Refunds

In order to refund your purchase we must receive the products back in unused condition. Once we have received the products and are able to make sure they are in good condition we will be able to process your refund to the same method of payment used when you purchased originally. 

Damaged Items

If you receive your package and there are damaged items inside please send us a photo of the damages to support@domatchacanada.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted on items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please send us an email at support@domatchacanada.ca with your proof of purchase and photos of the damaged/defective items.

Shipping

For any return inquiries please email us at support@domatchacanada.ca. All returns shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. These cost are non-refundable.

Please ship all returns with tracking as we are not liable for lost return packages.
